A new 50 unit assisted living facility which contained 32 unit assisted living apartments and 18-unit memory care studios. The assisted living apartments include efficiencies, one bedrooms, one bedrooms with a den and two-bedroom units. The facility contains a main central kitchen and adjacent dining room with a bar, a theater, a library, a spa and a salon. The building is organized in 3 separate living wings with the community spaces located at the center of the building. The design of the building was meant to create a home like atmosphere for the residents. The incorporation of heavy timber members and stone on both exterior and interior create a lodge style aesthetic.
