A 47,922 s.f. project we designed for Park Vista Senior Housing Management and completed in 2019. This building is a combination of RCAC apartments and CBRF Memory Care units. The RCAC portion consists of 32 apartments, a combination of efficiencies, one bedrooms, one bedrooms with dens and two-bedroom apartments with common dining, bar, library, salon and movie theater. The memory care is 22 units with common spa, dining room, living rooms and activity space. Each entity of the building has an exterior patio for the residents.
