This building is a combination of CBRF and Memory Care units.  The CBRF portion consists of 16 apartments with common dining, bar, library, salon and movie theater.  The memory care portion is 8 units with common spa, dining room, living rooms and activity space.  Each entity of the building has a exterior patio for the residents.
